Our team of highly qualified professionals come from a variety of clinical backgrounds including occupational therapy, social work, and nursing. In addition to providing expert case management services to adults we also have a number of paediatric specialists providing case management for highly complex children's cases. Also, our dedicated human resources consultants offer a comprehensive support package for those clients wishing to directly employ care staff.
John Ainscough
Managing Director
John is an occupational therapist with over 28 years experience of working with adults and children with complex multiple needs. He has worked within the NHS, local authorities, and as an independent case manager. He is the managerial and clinical director of Ainscough Associates, a past Director of CMSUK and an advanced member of BABICM.

Simon Murnane
Clinical Operations Manager
Simon is an occupational therapist with over 17 years experience working in both the UK and Australia in health and social care. He has experience working with clients in a wide range of clinical fields including spinal cord injury, neurology, acquired brain injury, amputees, orthopaedics, hand therapy, cancer, respiratory and cardiac conditions.

Maggie Ledwidge
Case Manager
Maggie is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years nursing experience. She qualified in 1978 and went on to complete a Diploma in Health Visiting. She works with adults and children who have experienced traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, and other complex conditions and disabilities. Prior to case management Maggie has managed a care facility with a specialist multi disciplinary team providing care and rehabilitation for patients with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injury.

Nicola Jenner
Case Manager
Nicola has been a practising occupational therapist since 2003, working in different sectors including Local Authority, the charitable sector, as an independent practitioner, case manager, and expert witness. She has experience of working in the community with adults and children who have complex needs, mainly with clients that have neurological conditions.

Caroline Wright
Case Manager
Caroline is an occupational therapist with 28 years’ experience working in the NHS, Social Care and independent sectors. She has worked in a variety of different clinical settings within the NHS and has extensive experience of discharge planning and arranging community services. She has worked in private practice for over ten years providing independent occupational therapy reports, alongside her work as a case manager and expert witness.

Debjani Roy
Case Manager
Debjani qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002 and completed her Masters degree from Keele University in 2004. Her extensive experience includes working in the NHS as well as the private sector as a case manager with both adults and children who have been through major trauma, brain injury, and complex orthopaedic, neurological and psychological injuries.

Nadine Tokosi
Case Manager
Nadine qualified as a Social Worker in 2014 and has since held a range of senior social worker and management roles. She has experience of working with both adults and children with complex needs, including brain injury, and has extensive experience of managing safeguarding concerns. She has contributed written and oral evidence for court.

Loretta Musapatike
Case Manager
Loretta qualified as a paediatric nurse in 2015 and has built upon her training by gaining experience within various private and NHS healthcare settings. Her career has involved working in emergency departments, intensive care, high dependency units, and in the community. Loretta takes a particular interest in working with people who have complex and multiple health needs and is experienced in working as a complex care nurse in the community.

Alan Meyrick
Case Manager
Alan qualified as an occupational therapist in 2006 with a first-class honours degree from the University of Plymouth. He is currently finishing his Masters degree and has a Post Graduate Diploma in advanced professional practice, as well as qualifications in 24-hour management of posture. Alan has worked within the NHS in a number of acute, rehabilitation, and community settings, and has extensive experience in private practice as an occupational therapist and case manager.

Belinda Memmott
Case Manager
Belinda is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of wide-ranging experience within the NHS. She worked in neurosurgical intensive care before training as a midwife, going on later to complete her intensive care training at the renowned Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust. Since 2004, Belinda has worked as a case manager, specialising in amputee rehabilitation, complex orthopaedic trauma, brain injuries and chronic pain conditions, with a special interest in functional neurological disorder.

Deena West
Case Manager
Deena qualified as a Social Worker in 2008 and has extensive experience working as an adult social worker in a variety of fields and specialisms, in particular working in the area of rehabilitation for adults who have experienced brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries, or complex physical injuries. She has experience of managing complex care packages for her clients, as well as working closely with the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection.

Tracy Humphrey MCIPD
HR Manager
Tracy supports team and business development as well as working directly with our clients to assist with the process of directly employing care and support staff. She is a CIPD qualified HR professional, with strong interpersonal skills, a good eye for detail, bringing a commercial awareness, and a pragmatic and collaborative approach to the work she does.

Nicola works closely with clients to support them with the direct employment of their support staff. She has many years’ experience implementing HR strategies, ensuring these fulfil the aims of a business plan. She provides support to all of our case managers and works face-to-face with many clients, supporting them with the process of recruitment and development of staff.
