Welcome to the first newsletter from Ainscough Associates
I hope you have had a well-earned rest over the Christmas and New Year period. It was certainly a very strange, and in many cases stressful 2020, so we hope that the next year brings much more stability, peace, and a sense of hope for the future.
After being in business for over 10 years we thought a regular newsletter was probably long overdue!

Change and Development at Ainscough Associates
We have now been running for 11 years and throughout this time we’ve learnt a lot about what it means to provide an excellent case management service to clients that have suffered catastrophic injuries.
During the last couple of years we’ve been through a more intensive period of reflection and development, looking in depth at the things that we’ve done well, and the things that we’ve not done so well.
Read more about the positive changes we have been making.

Simon is a very experienced and well respected case manager. In this video interview he talks about:
• the essential core skills and experience required for a good case manager
• particular pitfalls which case managers need to be mindful of in their work
• how the case manager fits in with, and works alongside the legal process

Our support service for clients directly employing care staff
Ainscough Associates has been supporting clients with directly employing their own care and support staff for many years, so we have a well-established system and approach, with a very experienced team who understand the needs of our clients.
Read more about our comprehensive support package, and how we’ve worked hard over the past couple of years to enhance and improve this part of our service.
We are in the process of submitting our CQC application, read more about this and why that’s not been a straightforward journey.
