Our Team

Our team of highly qualified professionals come from a variety of clinical backgrounds including occupational therapy, social work, and nursing. In addition to providing expert case management services to adults we also have a number of paediatric specialists providing case management for highly complex children's cases. Also, our dedicated human resources consultants offer a comprehensive support package for those clients wishing to directly employ care staff.

At Ainscough Associates we are aware that our team of dedicated professionals is the most important asset that we have. We make it a priority to support staff in their practice, providing an effective and thorough process of supervision and guidance. Staff take part in regular training events throughout the year and we encourage and support their continued professional development.

John is an occupational therapist with over 20 years experience of working with adults and children with complex multiple needs. He has worked within the NHS, local authorities, and as an independent case manager. He is the managerial and clinical director of Ainscough Associates, a Director of CMSUK and an advanced member of BABICM.

Katherine is a dual registered adult nurse and specialist community public health nurse who has worked both within hospital and community health care settings, working with both children and adults. She manages a complex and challenging caseload offering comprehensive support to families with a broad spectrum of issues including complex disabilities, medical, and social care problems.

Emilie is a senior community nurse practitioner who has worked in both the acute and community setting. She works with both adults and childeren as a case manager and has excellent clinical knowledge of a broad range of long term conditions including brain and spinal injuries, cognitive impairment and mental health conditions. Nicola is the lead HR manager for Ainscough Associates, supporting team and business development as well as working closely with clients to support them with the direct employment of their support staff. Nicola has many years’ experience implementing HR strategies, ensuring these fulfil the aims of a business plan. She provides support to all of our case managers and works face-to-face with many clients, supporting them with the process of recruitment and development of staff.

Eileen Webber
Office Manager Brighton, East Sussex

Eileen provides support to all of our team in her role as office manager. She also works directly with clients, assisting them with administrative elements of the case management programme, and in particular providing HR support where clients directly employ their own support teams. She is a self-motivated, practical person, with strong communication skills and a wealth of administrative experience, and is a key and central figure within Ainscough Associates.

Tracy is one of our HR managers providing support to the business as well as working directly with our clients to assist with the process of directly employing care and support staff. She is a CIPD qualified HR professional, with strong interpersonal skills, a good eye for detail, bringing a commercial awareness, and a pragmatic and collaborative approach to the work she does.

Maggie is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years nursing experience. She qualified in 1978 and went on to complete a Diploma in Health Visiting. She works with adults and children who have experienced traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, and other complex conditions and disabilities.  Prior to case management Maggie has managed a care facility with a specialist multi disciplinary team providing care and rehabilitation for patients with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injury.

Sarah has been with Ainscough Associates since 2010 when she came on board to assist with all aspects of financial management. She now manages many different aspects of finance, accounting, and admin, as well as managing payroll for those clients directly employing care staff. She is an integral and invaluable part of the team.
