We are looking to offer an integrated service which would provide a property search facility combined with occupational therapy assessment tailored to the needs of people seeking accessible property with specific requirements in an often limited timeframe.
In particular we are receiving an increasing number of approaches from solicitors and insurers managing personal injury claims to assist with sourcing and adapting properties to meet specific client requirements and our aim is to introduce a targeted service to meet these needs.
Ainscough Associates is working in collaboration with a highly experienced property search agent that in the last five years has conducted searches for buyers and renters of both residential and commercial properties throughout London, Southeast England, and some European cities. We are looking to integrate this service alongside our substantial experience in the design and implementation of adaptations for disability.
