Our team consists of highly skilled staff from a variety of professional backgrounds which include occupational therapy, nursing, and social work. Every case manager has had significant clinical experience over many years, often having worked within the private sector as well as having had substantial experience of the statutory sector, both in the NHS and local authority.
It is important that every member of our team adheres to our company ethos and vision and understands the central importance of building a supportive and effective relationship with the client and their family.
As we have a broad range of clinicians and expertise working within the company we positively encourage all our staff to operate as a team and seek advice and support from each other in relationship to their case management practice.
